Basic Green Juice Recipe

There is nothing like juicing for building radiant health
This recipe is perfect for green juice fasting or mineralizing your body on a regular basis.
I try to start everyday off with this in the morning.
This will give you the base to add any other juices to. You may add a little carrot, onion, beet, but remember 80% of the juice volume should be as follows.

Cucumber
Celery
Greens (such as kale, chard, spinach)
½ Lemon w/skin
½ Green apple
Chunk of ginger
(Always put greens in juicer with something hard and watery such as carrot, celery, or cucumber)

    2 bunches of spinach
    4 leaves of collards
    4 leaves of kale
    1/2 a bunch of cilantro
    1/2 a cucumber
    1 green tomato

    I felt guilty for eating a raisin yesterday so I skipped a sugary fruit.
