Tasty Raw Tabouli


TABOULI WITH SPROUTED QUINOA

2 Cups chopped cucumbers
1 Cup Roma tomatoes (seeded and diced)
2 Cups parsley (chop fine)
3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
½ lime juiced
½ lemon juiced
1 Tbsp oregano
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 Tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ Tsp cayenne pepper
½ Tsp fresh ground black pepper
¼ Cup chopped chives
½ up red bell pepper (diced)
½ Cup sun cured olives (diced) (optional)

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix with wooden spoon.
Serve ove bowl of sprouted quinoa. Great flavor texture and high nutritional value
