Q. CAN I EAT OLIVE OIL AND HOW MUCH ?

A. Dr Jensen shares his thoughts with us with the following:
"Olive oil or any other concentrated oil or fat is hard on the liver and gall bladder. These are the two most overworked organs in the body.Use very little oil in your cooking (It releases free radicals). Plus do not use it everyday in your salads".Use oils sparingly.
I would add that lemon or lime juice with a fig infused, or citrus balsamic vinegar makes a great tasting dressing as a substitute for oil and vinegar oil all the time

  1. Hmmmmm. I thought Olive oil was one of the best oils to use. Looks like I need to do more research.
